Making other people money
Part of SoFi’s mission is to help people get their money right. Your compensation is a huge part of that — which is why SoFi offers its members free career coaching and services.
To take it even further, the membership team asked us to make a free tool for everyone, to answer the classic Google query: “how to ask for a raise.”
So we created a responsive, interactive experience in conjunction with agency Kettle. The 10-minute quiz assessed the user’s readiness for a raise, mapped the user’s current salary against the market, then created a custom presentation for them to take to their boss (with tips on how to do it).
